You may be charged a fee for arranging your mortgage. Typically we charge an advice fee of £595 for straightforward cases. For more complex cases such as remortgages or commercial mortgages we charge 1% of the loan amount. For example on a complex case with a £120,000 loan we would charge £1,200 (excl. VAT). We may also accept commission from the mortgage lender. Your initial consultation is at our expense and with no obligation.
